A padded envelope arrived promptly following my order for a phone battery, but unfortunately it was empty as someone had taken the contents prior to delivering it! I emailed Doohickey-Hut with the details and a replacement was sent out within a couple of days. Extremely happy with their response and service, and happy with the product.
