First purchase from Doohickey-Hut. Very efficient. Pity it was Royal Mail that was used. I was in all day awaiting delivery but had to go out for half an hour. Guess what, Royal Mail came during that half hour and left a card stating that I had to go to their delivery office the next day. All the couriers leave the delivery with a neighbour if you are unavailable and put a card through the door to tell you which neighbour has your item. A much better system.
