Although the packaging inside was unsealed when it arrived in it's main packet and i don't know if there was supposed to be but there wasn't any instruction book with it, although everything was new and works well and luckily it was quite easy to set up anyway and it was at a great price, i thought that it may have been that it was open to be tested beforehand. Very good product for the price and arrived very swiftly.
