Absolutely shocking company! I purchased the Samsung gear fit2 for as a Christmas present for my daughter. It came very quickly and that’s where everything about this company goes downhill for me. It never charged once opened despite following numerous websites to troubleshoot the issue. I emailed the company to tell them and was told to contact Samsung UK. On giving Samsung the serial number they told me there was nothing they could do as the item was made outside of a region that the warranty can be sorted. I instantly informed doohickey and I was told to send the item back via recorded delivery. Once checked they will issue a refund within 24-48 hours. Well that never happened and I emailed them again to see if they’d received it as I had photographic evidence they had. They once again told me they had it and would refund me within 24-48 hours. This again passed without a payment. So I emailed once again I got a response saying ‘this should’ve been processed but will speak to the director to make sure it gets refunded! This still hasn’t happened weeks later and they are now ignoring all emails! Shocking customer service and care and now opened up a claim with PayPal to get the money back. Do not believe the good reviews on here as I suspect some may be fake!
