Ordered a replacement phone battery, which arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but unfortunately not sufficiently well packed to stop the plastic film ribbon cable getting broken off while in the post. I contacted them and a replacement was sent out the same day, which was much better packed than the first one. It's a shame that the first one wasn't packed as well as the replacement, as it would have saved them having to send out another one.
