Item was very good. I ordered item on 3rd December. Item was not shipped for 3 days on 6th December. You say same day dispatch yet you took 3 days. No emails were sent to me about tracking. I paid extra for first class mail but it syill took 3 days to reach me. 6 days all told. disappointed with service.
