Excellent customer service and good value for money! I ordered my first pair of earphones. They arrived on time, however, the left one was much lower in sound and I was really dissatisfied. I emailed them asap and fortunately, they replied to me soon apologising and saying that my item will be resent and I had to get it in 7 days. My headphones arrived in less than a week and this time they are working flawlessly. I am really happy that I got the new ones for free.
