My son's gaming chair was marked as dispatched and I received an email to say so.......yet it hadn't. I'm glad I chased the matter up with them otherwise who knows when it would of arrived. Also there was NO tracking info on when it would or could arrive. We were very lucky someone was in when it did. And then it was left at our door without a signature anyway. This communication and delivery in general seriously need looking into.
Other than that my son is enjoying his chair and as long as the above links are ironed out then I would shop again.
