Had an order where an item was missing and sent as 2nd class postage instead of first class. Got in touch with the support team. Replied within 1 hr. Sorted instantaneously. Received item in first class in 2 days. Made lots of orders so far but only 1 mistake which was rectified immediately and professionally. Would highly recommend anyone to shop from Doohickey.
