My first order last month and my parcel has just arrived today. After 7 working days, I contacted them. In fairness, they did reply quite quickly to say they had received my email. Today I had an email from me offering to refund or re-order but, luckily I was out this morning and the parcel was at home when I arrived. Very long winded but, got there in thr end.
