I ordered two tee shirts. Took weeks to arrive, and they were wrong. No way to talk to a person. Chat only …told to fill out a form and upload pictures. REALLY. If I wanted a job I’d just get one.
Worst response ever.
What should have happened is the customer service rep who “chatted” with me should have sent a return label and credited my card. Not direct me to some random website and some convoluted process.
