I didn't understand how to order a print on a t-shirt order (3 shirts) when i received the order, i sent an email indicating my error and what could be done to correct it.i was quickly answered with an email indicating that they wanted to see an example of the shirt i ordered and what i wanted.after sending the example, i received another response indicating they were sending the new shirts and that it wasn't necessary to send back the misprints the email noting the shirts have been re-printed and sent came within hours of the new shirts are coming.
