The orders were responded to promptly. Unfortunately- perhaps because of postal strikes- 1 of my orders didn’t arrive and the tracking information was never updated. I contacted Emily who arranged for a replacement order which arrived quickly. The original arrived about a month after ordering and Emily was helpful about organising a return.
Information below refers to a separate order where there were no problems at all.
