I bought a flannel shirt in Jan 24 and the next month the cuffs had frayed ( I bought the same one last year and it's fine).
I contacted Rapanui and suggested a partial refund (as the blue check one I bought was out of stock in my size)- I know Teemill do a Remill recycled line, but recycling a new shirt because of a repairable fault seemed unecological. To my surprise I received a complete refund; which I spent on another Rapanui flannel shirt! Many thanks :) xx
