Placed a small order in the wee small hours today. In the overcast light of dawn I decided I wanted a few more items. Emailed the team requesting that I cancel my initial order and within a couple of hours the deed was done. Revised, larger order now in place. Very pleased with customer service support - thank you Rich - and looking forward to trying out the merchandise!
