After I purchased a raincoat from rapanui I was concerned about the delivery of my item. When I emailed customer services I had a very quick reply from Emily who had already looked into my request. She had a clear answer and reassured me that everything was as it should be and that my order was on its way. Very impressed with the customer service. No automatic response, but a real message from a real person! I now have my new coat, which I love!
