Had an issue with my order that got lost in transit - this was down to the couriers, NOT TeeMill. Contacted the Community Experience Team and received a very rapid response from Lydia. She was very sympathetic and organized a replacement ASAP. This subsequently arrived with no issues. Problems arise - it is how they are resolved that is important and in this respect Lydia and TeeMill were superb. Also very happy with the items I ordered which were of great quality - Thanks!
