I don’t usually write reviews, but Tekwire deserves one. A few weeks ago, my laptop started acting up in the middle of a work shift. I was trying to send out invoices, and the thing kept freezing and kicking me off the Wi-Fi. I tried restarting it about five times, but nothing worked. Out of frustration, I googled for help and Tekwire popped up.
I gave them a call, and within minutes one of their guys connected remotely. To be honest, I was a little unsure at first, especially when the technician picked up with an Indian accent. But honestly, that worry disappeared fast, he clearly knew what he was doing. He explained the steps while working, told me what caused the problem, and even gave me tips so I wouldn’t face the same issue again. By the end of the call, my laptop felt brand new.
Since then, I’ve reached out twice more. Once when my printer refused to connect and once when a random blue screen stopped everything. Both times, they sorted it out without me having to carry my stuff anywhere. The remote fix is a lifesaver, I literally just sat at my desk while they worked in the background.
What I like most is that they don’t just patch things up; they actually make sure I understand what went wrong. No tech jargon, just clear explanations. For me, that’s worth a lot.
If your computer or printer is giving you headaches, I’d say Tekwire is worth calling.
