Totally practical with all the information I needed. Liam got on with the surveying quickly. There was no coercion or bitching about other companies as I've had with other companies. Even though another company dropped their price by £1,000!! to undermine your offer, it was the straightforwardness, competence and offer to move my TV aerial (another company said I would have to move it even though I was already to pay over the odds). I am relieved I've made the right decision (so far) and got out of these shark infested waters.
