Two men came to do surveys and took the best part of 2 hours. They said I would get my contribution amount, if any, the next day. No-one has ever telephoned me. I rang the Company several times whilst waiting. In the end, they quoted me over the phone for the cost of a boiler that was actually cheaper on the internet. Why waste my time and theirs unless they are getting paid for the surveys??
