It was my first purchase in this shop. I bought here a to my dear friend. I had some question, and a very nice lady from customer service answered me very promptly. I was afraid if the mug would "survive" the way across the ocean. But it was very well packaged. My friend gets the most beautiful mug in 5 working days and she loves it! And I am very happy! Thank you! :-) I am glad to say: I am very satisfied with my purchase and I will buy here a mug for myself in future also.
