I places an order 10 days ago and they told me that it will take about 3 to 5 days for delivery. Now is the 8 working day and still nothing. The awb number looked there is block somewhere.
I send them 6 e-mails and I get no answer.
I talked with them 3 times and no resolve.
I asked them for money back, no chance.
I called DHL and they told me that tennispro are working with an economic division and it will take more than 2 weeks, but they (dhl) know that the customers are lying.
