First and foremost, I cannot speak to the quality of customer service, because I haven't ever needed to contact them. That being said, I've now had my Stingray tree tent for several years, and have slept in it in 3 different seasons (all except winter) and have even weathered some rain. These are the absolute best tents I've ever used. I bought this tent after breaking my back, as I wanted something which offered a more consistent and supportive sleeping surface, but I feel even better about Tentsile's support of our planet. They just recently passed the 750,000 threshold out of their pledge to plant 1,000,000 trees in deforested areas. Thank you Tentsile USA! PS - my dogs love this tent, too!
