I had to send over 30 emails to Tentsile over half a year just to get them to send the box so I could get my 700$ safari stingray repaired after It ripped from weak materials the first time I set it up. I'm not dumb I've set up regular stingray tents before. ALSO when I brought the holes that developed from sticks falling onto my rainfly after leaving it setup over 2 days... they told my the obvious holes were "air bubbles" I even sent them pictures of the holes. water comes through them but I'm tired of fighting to get a response. You should do better Tentsile and send new materials without fighting your customers and making them send over 30 emails. I got the safari because it has a 5 year warranty and was suppose to be made with stronger materials. The whole expirence has soured my view of the entire company.
