money first? safety last! the weblocks you sent me has so deep scratches and scarfs that the straps will be cutted! I am so afraid to use this. how the hell can such a poor/dangerous quality leave a company? I guess no money for quality checks, neither for any nor for safety parts. customerservice is also not with tentsile. ordered and paid in January, but still the delivery is not complete. and I never ever got an information (in advance) when the missing parts will arrive. btw:corona, brexit,..., are of course reasons for delays. but I would have had expected at least the information from customerservice that there is an delay and roundabout the best guessed delivery date. Sry that's too poor to leave the customer alone with an uncompleted delivery and no signs when/if the missing parts still will be delivered. I am so disappointed it is hard to put in words
