I would love to give the company as a whole 5 stars but I can't. I can give the tent 500 stars though. Shipping and receiving departments need a better system with communicating with their customers I received my tent within the allocated time from my order date, but didn't receive a tracking number until 2 days after I received my tent.
The tent it's self is amazing I have used it 3 times now and slept like a baby each time. But be warned follow the instructions carefully. Make sure the ratchet is in the lock position or you might have a rude awakening.
