Website was easy to navigate and use. When I had a question, the chat rep was instantly available, had the answer to my question and was able to address the change to my order that I was trying to do. Tent is well designed, constructed to last and lots of fun for people of all ages. Son likes to read books for nap time in the back yard and the first backpacking trip I had quite a few people wanting a tour and interested in adding one to their gear rooms. Great customer service after the sale and an interactive Facebook group for owners of you have a question and the company is present on there as well with answers to your questions. Highly recommend and I'm sure I'll be adding another one at some point.
