Extremely happy with the entire process!!! Great company great product. My only issue was that they advertise the tent comes with 1 ratchet and 1 WebLock Ultralight (150g) but I received two ratchets and no WebLocks. I assumed it was because I’m in the USA, land of lawyers, and the WebLock is not as safe according to US laws and regulations. I didn’t bother sending anything to the company because I was extremely happy with the product and the equipment I received. Although, I’m almost certain they would have sent me one if I asked. Again, could not be happier with my new tree tent!!! Thanks, Tentsile for being such a great company and making such a unique and brilliant product!!!
