Got my tent the stingray safari 3 and was surprised to see the cool bag it comes in - loaded up the tent in our canoe, paddled out on the lake and found a great spot among the trees. First off, got the tent out of the bag and slung it up among the trees, wich was really simple to do even the first time. However - once the tent was hooked up i could do a visual inspection of the tent and rainfly and i found a few defects in mine, some uv coating in the floor missing and a few stitching issues in the tent pole socket in the moscito mesh, also a defect in one of the seems for the rain fly, took some photos and wrote a mail to customer support, i think it took me 30min to get answers on mail back and they told me to ship it back - the tent itself looks terrific when it comes to quality itself fabrics and such - hands down one of the best customer support I’ve ever experienced. And things like this can infact happen. Besides of that, my family 2kids my wify and my self got to spend three nights in the tent before i shipped it back for replacement and i can only tell you what a great and awsome tenting experience that was, and also on the rain free nights, dropping the rainfly and to see the starst through the mesh is just awsome, cant wait for the replacement to return, were going straigt back up in the trees, awsome i would have rated this one 5/5 if it wasn’t for the defects. Once again Tentsile guys awsome customer support and super cool tent - highly recommended
