The product (model Una) is oké built, but does not provide the flat lying base that is promised. I’m lying in a bag, no matter what I do tightening the straps. (I know how to do that, I already own a Connect).
Service from Tentsile is very poor.
Delays, more delays and weeks extra delays, no message, no communication, and when I email, over the months I get a chain of lies about deliverance.
Unprofessional organization.
