The ordering process was quick and easy and I love, love, love my new hammock. My husband ordered it for my birthday and I've spent quite a bit of time in it over the past month. It was easy to set up and serms very durable. I'm so happy with the fact that it is made from plastic recovered from the ocean, too. Great example of an environmentally responsible company!
