Everything went smoothly, and the chat function is great, but the only problem I had is that I had to order a second and third ratchet strap, as it didn’t seem clearly labeled. It appeared as if I was getting a set of ratchet straps for a tent. Maybe I missed the quantity, but that’s the only feedback I have.
