I had a small issue with a rain fly, nothing concerning quality, and the customer service went above and beyond to get it resolved. They responded right away and shipping was incredibly fast. I will continue to buy the awesome tents and hammocks from Tentsile! What a great way to get outdoors during this crazy pandemic!! Thanks Tentsile!
