My Tentsile order had some slight problems, but ! only one email to the tensile team changed that immediately. The product is great fun for us, my kids love it, its really fast on the trees and back in the car. I can recomend it for a fun day out with a slight feeling of a Wookiee in a tree house. My kids also used it as an trampolin and also that is no problem for the stifnes of the base ! so if you are thinking of buying it head for it :) !
