To start the customer support is nothing short of amazing. I have owned a tentsile for 5 years now and has been set up all over the place. The tent is durable, light weight, easy to set up, comfortable, and looks like a space ship. After all this time I learned what needed to be approved upon. I can say proudly tentsile uses their product, they listen to reviews and every single issue I thought could be improved has been taken care of since the first model.
