I took out the insurance on a scooter as it was cheap and cheerful. However after taking it over 10 months on a direct debit as I have done with my car the scooter packed up and I no longer needed the insurance. What I wasn't informed is that I owe the full policy price plus costs. This was not verbally told to me when I took out the insurance so I am fighting this out. I paid the deposit and then the 1st months premium but only had the bike for 3 weeks. Make sure when ypu take a policy with this company you get them to inform you that you are taking a full years credit term agreement. Rip off in a cloak.
