I purchased a used Tesla from another dealership and immediately had issues with the battery. Brandi Merritt at the service center in Savannah was super easy to work with. The dealership helped get me through the warranty process quickly and easily. I was given a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. Brandi was very communicative throughout the process and the repair was completed sooner than promised. I cannot give Tesla, this dealership and Brandi enough thanks for helping restore my faith in the auto service industry.
