Emailed twice about a bag purchased at £70 it was delivered rattling around in a box with no protection (bubble wrap) price tag had been removed there wasn’t even paper wrapped round the bag , have had no response from them on both emails will never purchase from them again. It looked like the bag had been a return and shipped back out again l.
