Ordered 2 t-shirts online (seperate transactions) paid for next day delivery. Order taken, money taken, delivery date for the first one came and went. Called customer service and was told it was in the warehouse and my delivery cost would be reimbursed. Woke up to an email the following day to say the item was out of stock. I'd already ordered the other t-shirt by this time - guess what ? Same story ! Had one full refund, still waiting for the other.
