I bought a bag for a 40th birthday present for my sister. Still waiting for it to come. Said it would be with me on 18th July at latest and still waiting and it’s 30th July. I have written to them on Twitter which is what it advises to do, no response. Also messaged them twice on their contact form and no reply. Not impressed at all.
