Shocking customer service and returns service. They sent the wrong stuff twice and have the cheek to charge you a premium for delivery but cannot respond or reimburse you when you return the goods. Please read this email and think twice before ordering from this company, if THEY get it wrong they still win as you cannot get them to respond or refund you. Should be a criminal offence as in effect they have stolen my money! AVOID AVOID AVOID
