Genuinly Shocking Customer Service... My parcel arrived minus two items a Hugo Boss top and a pair of Armarni jeans...Not a problem I thought, I'll just call customer Service. That's when your nightmare will begin!...I was then informed that as a customer I am expected to download a form to print out. I then fill the form out, sign it, photograph it and finally email it back, for a 28 day review...If you do not have a printer, as I do not.. I was advised to download an app, that will let me complete the form..This app did not work for me, Im not brilliant with tech, but I was advised those were my only two options to arrange a refund. So I then asked if maybe someone could simply print a form there in the office, and post it out to me. I was advised that it is not possible for the office team to do this either!..My missing items have cost over £200 so, I'm now feeling well and truly shafted by this company and will not receive a refund due to my lack of tech ability and Tessuti lack of customer care..How can this be right?...
