Unreliable, untrustworthy think twice before ordering from Tessuti Never used Tessuti before, ordered a pair of Jeans, Tessuti happy to take payment, emailed order acknowledgment and would let me know when dispatched. I could have Purchased these in a number of places but decided to buy from Tessuti. Today 5 days later I get a refund from my CC company from Tessuti but nothing from Tessuti to explain why I was refunded? I then had to log into Tessuti web site to find out they cancelled my order? No email, text or call and if it wasn’t for my CC company notification I would have had no idea that Tessuti had cancelled my order. I would suggest you don’t buy anything from Tessuti as they are clearly not reliable or trustworthy so ordering And paying for an item does not mean you will receive it. My ordered item showed plenty of stock so I felt assured I was going to receive what I ordered. To not get any notification from Tessuti is simply outrageous. Needless to say I will not use Tessuti again, they have proven to be unreliable, untrustworthy, extremely poorly managed and have no customer care whatsoever. They do not care about you as customers. You have been advised, stay with a reputable company and avoid Tessuti.
