Returns for refund within 14 days...terrible experience and they refused to do this. Although at time of purchase I was advised I can have full refund
Merry hill shopping Centre manager..declined to give me her supervisor's name, was very rude too. I would never purchase from Tessuti again.
Their Customer Service were not able to help me too and communicating with manager of store of what to do.
Considering high end clothes they sell, the customer service is extremely poor.
