Absolutely disgusted with the unprofessionalism of the Tessuti Manager at Glasgow Fort Store. Due to a disagreement with my partner I was not allowed to purchase an item from the store. This is unfair and inappropriate behaviour to a customer. I asked the Manager who his Manager was and was told "I am the Manager". I asked again that you must have a Manager and was told " I am the Manager". This is unacceptable Management skills and unnecessary behaviour to a customer regardless of other circumstances. Never go into the shop again!
