Service is absolutely shocking. Don’t think that because you have ordered an item online and paid for it that you will get it. They will wait until the day for delivery (in my case 3 days after purchase) then they will send you an email to say it’s out of stock and you will have to wait for up to 5 days for a refund! What terrible and disgusting service. Happened on 2 occasions now for me. You don’t expect it from a ship that sells such caliber as tradition but in reality it’s just small fish and they obviously can’t handle simple transactions. Go shop at Harvey Nichols instead
