Ordered my parcel which is £140 about a month ago, had two dispatch Emails yet my parcel hasn’t even reached Hermes yet for TWO WEEKS it’s been like that. Absolutely shocking customer service & I won’t be shopping with you again, I don’t know how you even have customers. Big fat scam.
