My parcel was hidden outside my property by courier, I failed to find it & thought it had been stolen. I telephoned textiles direct & they agreed a replacement. The courier later returned to retrieve the hidden delivery & when he came back when I was in delivered the original parcel plus the replacement. I immediately telephoned textiles direct to let them know I now had two bed sheets but had only paid for one. They kindly let me keep both sheets as the mistake was no fault of my own. Really excellent customer service. Would recommend.
