I ordered the bedding on 3rd December by 15th Dec it had not arrived I phoned
spoke to one of your people who said it would be despatched that day I
waited until 21st Dec? still not arrived so I phoned again only to be told that the
bedding was out of stock and not available and I should never have been told that
was going to be despatched in the first place the person I spoke said they would cancel the order and send a full refund of which I am still waiting for
