There were several frustrating issues occuring throughout the purchasing process including web problems. However, Andrea left no stone unturned in helping to get things right, personally following through in various departments. She maintained a very pleasant and helpful disposition while being totally committed to ensuring a satisfactory outcome. Goodwill can make the difference between whether or not a customer will return. Andrea maintained this feeling of goodwill with me throughout, which I truly hope she will be acknowledged for.
